Scooby-Doo and KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery[]

The antagonist Crimson Witch turns out to be Delilah Domino, head of security. She used to work at Quest Research Laboratories, a government defense company that specializes in lasers. That's where she stole technology, including a gas dispenser that she hid in her witch cape, and a magnetic repulsor-field belt that she used to fly. Two of the KISS members pull the technology off her, and one comments, "Ooh. Quest Research Laboratories. Good stuff." Since lasers could make use of a black diamond, Delilah was hoping to steal the diamond and sell it to a competing defense company in retaliation for being fired from Quest Research Laboratories.
