Scoob! is a Scooby-Doo film released on May 15, 2020. It included a few clips showing that Dr. Quest and Quest Labs exist in the film's world.
Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe[]
Scoob! was intended to launch a Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe that would include various Hanna-Barbera characters, including characters from the Jonny Quest series.[1][2][3] Scoob! included elements of various Hanna-Barbera properties such as the characters Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, Dick Dastardly, Muttley, Dee Dee Skyes, and Captain Caveman.
On August 3, 2022, the Scoob! prequel film was cancelled. There have not been any announcements for other installments in the series or the planned Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe.

Dr. Quest - The only character from the Jonny Quest series to appear in Scoob! is Dr. Quest. In the end credits, the Scooby Gang visits Dr. Quest at Quest Labs.
Locations[]
Quest Labs - The only location relevant to Jonny Quest to appear in Scoob! is Quest Labs, which the Scooby-gang visits during the end credit sequence. Scooby and Shaggy heat food over a Bunsen burner as Dr. Quest shows something to Velma, Daphne, and Fred. The lab includes various gadgets and robotic equipment. On the wall behind Dr. Quest is a diagram of the robot Rosie from The Jetsons.

Quest laptop - At the end of the film, Velma uses a laptop with the Quest-branded "Q", indicating that it is a laptop manufactured by Dr. Quest's company.
Quest Labs billboard - During the end credits, during a clip of a street, a billboard for Quest Labs is present.
