John Stephenson was an American actor who was the initial voice of Dr. Benton Quest in the 1964 Jonny Quest television series.
Stephenson also notably played Mr. Slate in Hanna-Barbera's animated series The Flintstones.

Notes/trivia[]
- Stephenson only recorded five episodes as Dr. Quest before being replaced by Don Messick, as the former sounded too similar to Mike Road's Race Bannon. Stephenson's episodes did not air back-to-back, so there is a bit of back and forth between how Dr. Quest sounds.
