Commissioner Wa is the police commissioner of the Quetong Police Department in Quetong, China.

An elderly Chinese man. He is balding and has a small goatee, and wears a white business suit.
History[]
Wa was the chief of the Quetong police force. He enlisted the help of Dr. Benton Quest to solve the mystery of why the fish in Quetong's waters were poisoning people. When Quest and Race Bannon attacked General Fong's stronghold in order to rescue Jonny Quest, Hadji and Bandit, Commissioner Wa arrived with a boatload of police officers to round up Fong's men.
Wa survived the events of the episode.
