Notes/trivia[]
- Dr. Quest and Bandit are absent; this is the first episode in any series not to have Dr. Quest.
- Race's NISA credit card is a parody of VISA.
- Race's passport says he was born on April 1, 1954, which would make him 42 years old by the time this episode aired. This would place him at 10 years old in 1964, the year of the original series, which actually gave his age as 32 in Double Danger.
- All of season 1 and the first two episodes of season 2 didn't have a jewel on Hadji's turban, which might be might be why it is reintroduced the way it is.
- There is no Quest Byte.
Goofs[]
- Some liberties are taken with the continuity that was established in the original series episode Calcutta Adventure, which had Hadji as a street kid raising himself, who only knew Pasha as a friend, but didn't have the deeper relationship they have in this episode.
- Race's passport says he has white hair, when he technically has platinum blond, and for his blue eyes, it spells out "Blu."
- But the biggest inconsistency, is that it says he was born in Calumet City, instead of Wilmette, as mentioned in Double Danger.

Quotes[]
Jessie: "Do you really think Hadji's gonna come back to us?"
Race: "He's got a lot of catching up to do, Jess, with a family he never knew he had."
Jonny: "Hey, he said he'd be back. And a Sultans word is good enough for me."
